Long drive but a spectacular location and being able to wheel your boat from the tent to the beach is awesome.

In the mountains "ski in ski out" usually costs you an arm and a leg. Isn't kayak fishing cool!

Glad to hear you guys had a good time.  I can't believe Roland was able to find his drive.  I bet he felt like it was his birthday and Christmas all at once when he found it.  Besides dropping the drive, how is he liking the new Hobie, and the "extra float bag"?

Nate...He did like you said, he went out bare bones before we went to Hobuck. He was skepticle, but after he put the Turbo fins....He could not stop smiling. He was actually keeping up with Micah's Adventure. Then, he went out the next day with the sailing rudder and the bastard was running circles around me...Literally, I was paddling and he was doing circles around me.

I want one too!...The wife still says I have to sell 3 of the 4 kayaks first, I told her I'm not getting rid of the Prowler.

So, I figure next year or I'll be paying you a visit at the end of the year if you guys are having a sale.

I forgot to tell you his paddle is cracked, I don't know if you guys do replacements. But, it was like that when we got back.

oh yea Dino I forgot to tell about the paddle.

The hobie paddle broke mid-surf launch. The blade just slapped off and sank! I guess I'll stick to my Werner paddle.

Yeah, those stock hobie paddles are junk! I broke mine immediately. The bending branches bb slice angler has been a great paddle for me. Gets used more for fish measurement than for paddling tho! :)

That's right...you gave Roland the other half. I'll have to check if it worked out for him.

I was just looking at that paddle over the weekend at Cabelas. I might pick it up, I like the ruler on shaft too. sometimes, I feel too lazy to bring the HAWG trough out.
