That's relatively close to home for you too huh?

Yes, I'm lucky to live within minutes of lots of great fishing options.  And I know I get more time on the water than many of you.  About 35 minutes from my house this time.  I can be at decent halibut water in 5 though, too much traffic at the humps though for me.

Great fish!  Congrats!!   :)

At 38 pounds I'd say it went around 43", but it looks long vs fat, so maybe 44 to 46".

It has become EASY to tell when someone's not in AOTY.   :D
