Hagg Lake Bass and Panfish Spider Block Structures

I came across a story about the Oregon Bass and Panfish Club putting out fish attracting stuctures in Hagg Lake a couple months ago.   

Supposedly they set out 100 "spider blocks" in the no wake zone.   Has anyone come across one of these yet while fishing?

I have not seen that before, pretty cool...almost seems like cheating.

That's what I'm wondering.  All the article said was that it was in the no wake zone.

Looks like they've been installing each year for several years now.

A DSI should be able to identify them. Mine does well with trees,grass and such.

I believe those are on the Sain Creek arm. Or maybe what I thought was a snag really was a big fish:)
