Tumalo Creek Paddlefest - Bend, OR 5/4

I'm pulling up a trailer full of Jacksons to Tumalo Creek this weekend for their annual Spring Paddlefest. I'll have the Coosa, Cuda 12 (illuminati), Big Tuna and SUPerFISHal (and several others) on the banks of the Deschutes at Riverbend Park.

I figure this is the best opportunity for folks in Bend and Central Oregon to try these out! Saturday, May 4th, 10am.  I will also be doing some intro to kayak fishing clinics as the day goes on.

Just did a similar event this last weekend with Alder Creek and, well, it was awesome.

Can you kayak fish there on the deschutes?

Yep! The stretch there in Bend is open year round, 2 trout limit, bait or fly, and OK to fish from a floating platform
