I read the whole topic about my dad that was here and it was really nice seeing how respected and loved he was. I'll eventually want to start kayaking with my younger siblings when the time is right, but I'm not nearly as skilled or knowledgeable as my dad was. I know I have a place to turn to for tips and company when I do, but I'm not sure when that will be. I do enjoy it a lot, I was just too busy to join my dad more than a couple times a year. Wish I had more time, or made more time.

It moves me to see the donation thing you have set up, but I won't be mentioning it to anyone else. That's not my place.

Thank you again, to the administrators, the reverend, and everyone who shared time with my father doing what he loved most. If any of you are going to be there Friday please don't be shy about coming up to me and sharing any stories you might have of him.
