Ok so im workin nights this week and am torn between lake fishing and goin after ling cod... lakes havent been bein good to me as of lately but there is a rippin tide change this week in the south sound... where would you go fish if you were me?

Ling is some of the best eating fish there is.  And, vacuum packed, it freezes extremely well.

I can fish for Lings 45 days a year. I can fish on a Lake for anything 365 days a year. Do you know where I will be fishing this weekend :D

Another vote for Lingcod.  Take breaks during peak flow or find eddies to fish.  Just get salty. 
...as soon as the Advil kicks in...
