Paul- Ill be happy to help with the kegs.... er...pick up, haul, or whatever. Ill bring my dive gear too. (no tanks) Thanks dude.. Im hooked!

I also have a 2 burner stove and extra large propane tank, and  peanut oil plus a 2nd cooker and pot for crab or??. I have a dutch oven.  It works great for frying which I was going to use for that, but I can come up with something else. You can only cook about 20 pieces (finger size) in almost anything you fry in.  From past years I recall it was the frying that was the bottleneck even though there was a big fryer. It makes perfect sense to get more fryers cooking.

I can supply the same fryers as last year. Plus the LP for fire.
Still not sure if I can make it myself though. So I may post up asking for a caretaker.

I can bring some baked beans, 2 kinds. 1 pot of regular & 1 pot with some heat. Will that work with the fish tacos?

I will also bring 2- 10lb bags of taters. Do I need to bring a French fry cutter?

Thanks!  Yes, a french fry cutter would be handy.  A lot faster, easier and more consistent than cutting by hand.

For those that don't want to look at the OP, here the items still needed:

Breading/Spice mix for the fish (Be good if there was at least 1 gluten free option)
Eggs and anything else needed for the coating on the fish
Lettuce
various dessert items
Trays
Cutting Boards (probably need several got 2 need probably at least 1 more)
tongs (for dropping/extracting fish from fryer)
Cilantro

We'll also need to organize for the awards ceremony.  For that we will need the following items.
Projector
Screen
laptop to run photos
cords for the various cameras to download photos/video
microphone and speakers (??)
