Mega West Marine Grand Opening

West Marine is opening a new flagship store in the Jantzen Beach shopping center.  This new store will be the largest West Marine location on the west coast at 25,000 square feet. More room means a bigger and better inventory of all their products, including an improved fishing department.  They are having a grand opening celebration beginning on Thursday July 18th with a special party from 6 pm until 9 pm called “Crusing for a Cause.” This party includes free food and beverages along with live music from local blues band Robby Laws. There will be raffles and live auction items sold every 30 minutes along with some great deals on all sorts of merchandise.  The live auction items include an Alaska Fishing trip to Elfin Cove, a guided steelhead trip on the Oregon coast, and electronic items from Lowrance and Raymarine.

Tickets for this event are $10 with 100% of the ticket cost going to the non-profit organization that you bought your ticket from.  If anyone is interested in going reply to this thread or send me a PM because I have tickets to support the CCA for sale.  In addition, if the ticket holder attends the party, West Marine will kick in an additional $2 per ticket to that organization.

Bump bump.  I am planning on getting there around 4 or so.  If anyone is interested in going I should still be able to get tickets.
