Hello all, Having served 34 years in the Coast Guard and as a Surfman up and down the Oregon Coast, the last thing I ever wanted was to own a boat. However fishing has always been in my blood. As my wife and I reside in Glasgow (North Bend, OR) I was spending a lot of time at Sunset Bay watching kayaks being launched from the beach heading out to go fishing. So something happened, I began to get interested and excited about kayak fishing. After 2 years saving $$ I finally purchased a kayak.  This summer I have fished in several lakes and Sunset Bay. You can say I am hooked.  Looking forward to learn and to meet many of you.  Safe and great fishing to you all. Spence

Welcome Spence! It's nice to see a local guy joining the madness. There's a handful of CB/NB guys that are regulars here. I'm sure I'll see you on the water soon enough!
