Greetings all.

This is not about kayak fishing but...I thought some of you ladies and gentlemen might have a reccommendation for an albacore tuna fishing trip out of ports on the north or central coast of Oregon.  I want to go out and give tuna fishing a go and was looking for a good outfit to go with.  Thanks for your help.

For OR, I've heard good things about Tradewinds Charters out of Newport.  Haven't fished with them personally though (or if I have it was 20+ years ago).

Yaquina Bay Charters pulled in 46 tuna last night with another trip out today. My friends deck handing the salmon trip today but her boat will be back on the tuna tomorrow. They have two boats and I havnt had a bad trip yet.

I know they run charters out of Ilwaco on the Washington side of the river across from Astoria. I think Seabreeze Charters has a 1-day trips and so does Pacific Salmon Charters.
Relax. You'll live longer.

I'd go with Yaquina Bay Charters in a minute.
Good people that will treat you right.
