Anyone ever launch (or fish) from Jack Perry Park (Port of Seattle park on Duwamish River).  Just found it on a map looking for launch sites -- looks doable from Google earth, but haven't ever been there and reality may be otherwise.  Let me hear your thoughts.
Give a man a fish, he will eat for a day.  Teach a man to fish and he will drink beer in a boat all day!

It's a pretty rocky bank, but totally manageable.  Parking's pretty close to the launch site, which helps a lot.  Was thinking about launching there tomorrow, actually.

checked it out this morning.  good for parking but terrible for bank fishing.  could probably launch a light yak but would be tough for my heavy tandem monster.  drove on up east marginal across to the west side of harbor island and found another port of seattle park there just north of the bridge.  better for bank fishing but would be a real tough launch.
