I come from Ohio so I am new to Salmon fishing.  I have been reading the threads of this site and trying to teach myself but with no success on many trips out.  I live around Olympia and have been spending most of my time trying in Budd Inlet.  If there is anyone going out that wouldn't mind a mid-western tag-along please let me know when and where.  I would be grateful for any tips or anyone willing to show me the ropes.   Thanks

If your up toward Seattle area I'll take you out fishing. I'm from Amish decent too and it's the least I could do since we're probably cousins.

That would be great. Just name a place and a time.  I'll be there and eager to fish.
