Looks like Oregon joins Washington in over regulation. Did you really have an open public forum to discuss it, or did some special interest groups take it upon themselves to speak for you using their own agendas?

Tillamook County Parks just increased their day use fee(fish cleaning) to $4. If any of you clean your fish in Pacific City at the nearby Webb Count park, please dont bitch though, they need the $.
