I live in the Santa Cruz CA area and have fished up north many times, however not in a kayak. Following my fishing friend E2G in his quest to get his son in a school near the salt. I am a big fan of diversity from anchovies to sea bass and those things that crawl around as well.
Always looking forward to trips north from California.
