Kayak cart mount

Hello,

I was looking at this video   and see the guy at 0:43 into it has his cart mounted to the front of his kayak. Does any one have a better pic on how he mounted it?

I don't have what your looking for but I would personally never mount my cart there.

I already have a lot of things for my line to tangle on up front and that would make it a lot worse.  Part of my problem is that I use short rods (6'6") from the kayak.  Longer rods would help keep your line away from it.

After I asked the question I was thinking it might be in the way. There is a good reason to stow them out of the way.  Thanks
