I was surprised myself. I got a new mount for my FF and while popping it out of the box I saw the address and noticed they're out of Seattle! I kinda took a double take because it's my third RAM product and never noticed before. So if you need a new rod holder etc. and want to support a local company RAM's the ticket. ;)

That's crazy talk Z - I'd much rather buy inferior junk from an offshore company!
Thanks for the heads-up I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

BTW Have you seen their 5-spot mount? I think I'm in love ;D I know how I'm going to build my outriggers now. Thanks for getting me looking in their direction.

I just checked their website for compatibility issues w/ Scotty products...  Apparently the 5 Spot works with Scotty, Attwood, and Fish-on! products.  At least I know I have some flexibility amongst whom I go with for different accessories now.

Nice product line.  I've got to wonder about that anchor pulley though.  I can't see a ram mount holding up to that kind of pressure for very long.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  --Mark Twain

been looking hard at the RAM site to find an extension for the RAMROD 2007 holder i have in my pile of add ons for the trident. been driving myself absolutely bat shit crazy trying to get past the rod mounts section to find an extension.. :BangHead:

then it hit me. on the right hand side was another menu bar on the home page and it takes you to other sections of the site. yyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! :sign5: i finally found the listing " components" and started looking in there. wow, they really need to re-arrange the layout of thier site, it might make their stuff more popular if it was easier to find.......

so i think i finally find what i'm needing.,then sticker shock hits me... :cussing: $71.00 for a 10 inch extension??!! are these normal prices?  :protest:
