Hey guys I got the permission from the wife to buy my first kayak. After all the research for years I have come up with the OK Trident 13. I believe it will work best for what I want to use it for. So my question is where in Oregon or Washington is there a dealer? I do live in Roseburg, but next week we are headed to tri-cities to visit family. I would like to pick it up from a shop. Or would you recommend ordering it online. I really like the sunrise color.

Thanks for all the great info> :police:

Next Adventure has a grip of cosmetic blemishes of the T13 right now which are selling for a decent discount and they should have a demo model to try out too

I was looking at one of those Blemished models.  Couldn't find the blemish though...  Nice kayak!

I bought my Trident 13 online and got a big discount. It was one of those blemished models. If it is blemished I can't find it.

May I suggest you go to the Sportsman Show today in Roseburg and check out the Hobie booth. Talk to Brian or Chris.  Brian owns Waxers which is the Hobie dealer in Coos Bay.  He may have some good deals as well.  Roy and I were there yesterday to help out.  Great show!

I bought my Trident from Kayak City in Sacramento.  It is also a blemished model.  Huge discount.  I found it on eBay and then called them direct.  They installed an anchor trolley for free and upgraded the paddle for free.  The shipped it to Portland also for free.  Really happy with the Kayak.  They have 1000s in stock.

Awesome thanks Blazin07. I saw all those on eBay and they were out of Sacramento. I wasn't sure if the company was legit but I will check it out now.

Great choice for a paddle boat. The new rod pod cover is very nice. Make sure they include the battery bag. Get the rudder.

I was considering the rudder. My next obstacle will be hauling the yak on my 07 Kia spectra. Great gas mileage but not rack on top. Can it he done in a safe secure way. And hold up to I-5 traffic.

You'll need to get a rack.  I love my Yakima and regularly load 3 kayaks on my Honda Accord.
Be sure to use a bow-line during transport.  Some use a stern-line as well.
