Free Fishing Weekend

I just discovered that this weekend, June 7th and 8th is "free fishing weekend" in both Washington and Oregon. I realize it's short notice, but this is a perfect time to take a friend out and introduce them fishing and to kayak fishing.  It's also a perfect time for WA folk to come down to OR and fish (and vice versa).

Saturday is free down here in CA (where I am this weekend).

I don't have a license here yet, so I'm going to take advantage of it and take my 5 year old nephew fishing ...
