Anyone have a smallish set of waders and wading boots they want to part with?

Looking for approx 8.5 womens -  or the equivalent.

Headed to the coast with the lady to catch fishes.

PDX area.

Thanks!!!

I would much rather be up a creek without a paddle than down one.

I have a set of medium waders and a medium drytop that you can borrow. I even have a set of 8. 5 paddle shoes that have never been used.

We are going to be bank fishing for steelhead out at the coast.  No yaks.

Wobbler,  would those boots be decent for wading?

Depending on when you leave, and when Fisherman's post their next ad (I just checked, their last ad expired the 16th and a new one hasn't been posted), they usually have their Caddis waders for around $49.99-$59.99 - I have a buddy who picked up a pair for his girl, which made me think it wouldn't hurt mentioning it here. Pretty decent price (ad price, and they're usually listed in their ads).

Good luck in your quest for waders and the elusive winter steelies!

Thanks man!

I really just hope my lady catches something.  She is starting to think all these fish I told her about are mythical!

Now that I think about it, it's that time if the year, be sure to check your local Costco, they should (or at least the 3-4 I go to between Portland and Salem, OR) have Allen waders for $89.99, which I can contest to their quality, comfort and features - I've worn them for 2-3 years now with zero issues (knock on wood). They're the breathable type.

Aside from my wife not actually going fishing with me, she does believes in mythical fish!

Again, good luck!

Aren't most of the fish you "catch" mythical?

They are more or less kayak boots. Wouldn't want to wade on rocks

Coincidence.. perhaps, but thought I should mention I received a preferred club member email from Fisherman's @ 2:28 PM PST today saying the their ad was extended again, which does have the Caddis breathable waders on sale for $49.97 (normally $99.99). It's also posted on their web site as their current ad (earlier it wasn't) - I find it a bit odd though, it states the dates are still February 2-16.

I promise this will be last comment on this post, as I'm sure you're tired of hearing from me by now. :)

I was just going to mention the same thing. That said in my experience they rarely have the Women's sizes on sale. If she's OK with a men's small then you can probably get a good deal.  I picked up these same ones on sale in December and I'm happy with them so far.
