Drum roll please.  We are at 111 competitors.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that Scott Brenneman will be heading to the Hobie Worlds in Amsterdam this October and joining 4 others on "Team North America".  As you guys know Scott Brenneman(known as kykfshr on NWKA) had finished 2nd place at this years ORC and has excepted the opportunity to go. Do to other obligations our 1st place finisher Ken Dickens was not able to attend. We couldn't be happier having Scott representing the West Coast and NWKA at the Hobie Worlds. Scott will be receiving a check for $1000 this week to help pay for his trip.

Too bad Ken couldn't make the trip, but good news for Scott!  Wish it was me, but glad to live vicariously.

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement.  Thoughts of anticipation and excitement of fishing outside my comfort zone (poison water fishing) so far from home.  I am really looking forward to It.  It will be a an experience I will never forget.
