Iv been fly fishing for bass and pan fish here in KY. How is the fly fishing around tri-cities?

Slow.  Rivers are high, and the wind is blowing this weekend 16mph+.  Still going to try and get out.

If its 50°+ go hit some slack water riprap and boulders with a zonker,cone head wooly bugger or other meaty streamer
