I'm looking at the WDFW 2013-2014 Rule booklet and see the following on page 104 in reference to Lingcod in MA4 West of Bonilla-Tatoosh:

"Min. size 22". Daily limit 2. West of the Bonilla-Tatoosh Line: no retention or possession
of lingcod seaward of line approximating 20 fathoms May 1-Sept. 30 (except when
halibut is open)."

Since the season runs 16 Apr-12 Oct, I'm assuming I can fish for lings in water deeper than 20 Fathoms from 16 Apr-1 May and again from 1-12 Oct...right???  Am I missing something?

I think that's the correct interpretation.
