Depoe Bay Small Craft Restriction

I've been trying to find a way to check if the restriction is in place before heading out?  Is there a web site, telephone number or something like that?

Here's the list of numbers to call to get the bar report and restrictions for each harbor on the coast:

These numbers have a recording that is updated regularly with current bar conditions and restrictions.  They wait until around sunrise to make the first update of the day though.

Bonus tip: You can tune your radio to AM 1610 when you are within about 5 miles from any coast guard station on the coast and listen to the automated bar report that way.
