I'd like to buy a better net for kayak fishing. I've been looking at the Ego 2 fishing nets. The biggest hoop size they have on the floating nets is 22"x23". I was wondering if anyone has used these for salmon/steelhead yet? My main concern is that the hoop size is sufficient and that the handle is strong enough to handle a thrashing nook.
