Tillamook bay most days

I small cabazone for me threw it back delinkeizer threw back a small ling cod and I kept three sea bass

It was a little windy today in Tillamook Bay.

Big fish brag board for that one ? Ate a lot of sea salt today but still had a blast , thanks for making it Del.

Went out with minnowmagnet today I had to cut short for a vet appointment , I'm feeling better now, but not a bad day limited out on sea bass and no crabs again

What was the size range? I can't tell from the pic.

I'm thinking about heading out to Depoe or Kiwanda on Sunday morning after spending the day on Saturday in Tillamook... I figure that if I'm going to head out to the coast from Hood River, I may as well make a weekend of it.

Those tiny rockfish would be a blast to catch on an ultra light rod and 2-4 lb mono.

You've got a great attitude Jojo! Don't mind the haters. A lot of people on here have forgotten that catching fish is supposed to be fun. Fish size is largely determined by location and situation. No shame in a bag of fillets - looks like dinner to me. Have an awesome day tomorrow and post lots of pictures!

Hope you were not aiming that "hater" comment towards me. 

I just said it would be fun to catch that size of rockfish on really really light gear. 
It would be similar to targeting crappie, or yellow lake perch on ultra light gear. 
They put up a fight, but with bigger gear it's much harder feel it.

Good size to pan fry whole. Nice amount too! Also wont have too many worms.

Insayn and I want to hit the ocean soon, so maybe we can meet you out there too, or we can hit depoe bay or the cape.
