Lake trout

Was practicing self recovery today in Lake Lytle Rockaway beach and if the yaks floating I'm going to fish. Only one landed but 13 inches is damn good in the lakes around here. And yes I can get back in my big tuna all by myself 

14-15ish and 12ish up the creek with a paddle Miami river forgot the tape measure

nice river cutty!  one of these weekend soon I'm hoping to hit the coast line and chase some of those lower coastal river cuts - hopefully get on a searun for an AOTY upgrade.  did pretty good on them last year at ORC in the siletz.

A mans got to fish!... Caught 12 lakers (4 over 34 inches) up here in Cold Lake Alberta through the hard water... i know its not in a kayak but i got to feed the need when all the water up here is frozen.
