   Just for clarification-----

Where will the contestants be meeting up Saturday morning ?

Do we need any waiver type of thing to sign ?

Some of us will be coming down Friday afternoon. Can we meet up with Shanon to make final plans ?

Camping arrangements ??? I know this has been discussed some already-- just looking at options.

Award ceremony Saturday afternoon-- location, timing ,etc.

Anyone coming that needs a kayak or other gear.

  Still a $15 "buy in"?

Any other prizes someone wants to donate ?

Does the host supply the beer ??? ??? ??? ???

Any other questions --- sound off now.

  And thanks for any answers.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.

Unless something goes wrong at work, I plan on being in Garibaldi late Friday afternoon (3-4 PM).  I can meet up whenever if people want to on Friday.  If the wind isn't blowing too hard on the bay, I might be "unavailable" on land until closer to dusk.

I'm coming in Friday night from Hood River and will try and find someplace cheap to crash. I'll see you all out at the launch around 5:30 ish.

I wasn't sure a name for this weekend's event had been determined so I've come up with a few suggestions for naming future events.
1.  Garibaldi Kayak Angling Classic
2.  Tillamook Bay Angling Derby
3.  Garibaldi Father's Day Fishing Tourney
4.  Tillamook Bay Father's Day Challenge
I thought the "Tillamook Bay Tackle Buster" which someone offered was a clever idea too.

Good ideas Rick-----------maybe we can vote on a name (depending on how the fishing/catching is) that's appropriate .

I'm leaving from The Hood around 8:30 p.m. and should be there around 10:30. Where are we launching from in the morning? (read address).
