Nice smallmouth yesterday out at America Lake from the yak.  Trying to scare up some trout on the fly rod.  Had a few who would follow my streamers, but no takers...

Nice fish...American Lake has some real pigs.

I love fishing there but I stay away once the weather turns nice and all the idiots in power boats show up and make a mess out of it. Watch yourself, they tend to drive around with their bows up in the air, their music blasting away and their eyes on the skiers they're pulling...I've almost been run over a couple times.
