After fishing Jojopotato's tourney on sat I hit netarts bay for some crab and clams in the evening.got a few red rocks and a good dungeness.

This morning I hit PC at around 6:45. Easy launch and landing.I hit north of the rock first for about 45min and nothing.moved to the rocks NE around the kelp and BAM!!!! Big blacks and lots of them.i limited out in about 15 min.released alot by I reached my limit.

So that left the ling limit to fill.went back NW straight out from the point found a little rock pile and let It drop.nothing.moved 20yds and dropped.as soon as it hit bottom I feel a good hit.set the hook into a nice 29" ling.I fished about 20 min longer to try for #2 but couldn't find another.was wanting to beat the wind and rain that was rolling in so I headed in.here are some pics.

  Looks awesome out there Yaktastic.

I left camp about the time you put in. Probably should have swung in to PC for a while. But good for you.

And some nice fish too.......I'd say your trip out here was a success.
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Sorry I did not say hello, was in a hurry to get out and off the water early.  Been having a lot of fun fishing north of the cape towards Tierra del Mar. Whacked a couple of nice 30-32" cod and back to the beach by 8.

Nice job on the fish!  See ya next time.
