Wow, with the char pattern on the deck it looks like someone poured accelerant on it and torched it out of spite....

I've thrown a few golf clubs and tennis racquets in my youth but this is a bit over the top...

Check out the small equipment skid off to the left of what used to be the bow.  Could be the source of the fire and flammable liquid.  The hose stopping the flow of melted plastic and burn pattern is interesting.

Looks like the hose running down the right side connects to the object near the bow.  pressure washer possibly?  hot exhaust pipe + molded plastic=new boat!
