My bro was up for biz and stopped for wkend. Great timing as weather really improved. As usual drift fished last hour and half of incoming tide. Slow start - smaller fish hit as tide slacked - larger fish hit as we were headed in. You may not know, but if you're paddling (not pedaling) you don't want to miss the beach on an outgoing tide. Anyway, brother's first trip - he slayed then! Smaller fished weighed 30 lbs in Boga - larger bottomed it out.
Good things come to those that wade.

AWESOME!  Great job!  Quality fish for this time of year!  I think I followed you from Anchor Point into Soldotna.

30mpg! The only downside is it takes high octane fuel.  Still a cheap run.  Suspension is beat to heck no thanks probably to the dozens of rally racing type climbs of the WG hill.  haha.

Must be a year's worth of wear and tear climbing out of Whiskey Gulch in a Honda!
