Washington area 13 questions.

I was thinking of going up and giving area 13 a try after the first of the year.thinking of starting the AOTY fishing with some flounder fishing but while im there why not try for some others. 1.what is the salmon fishing for the nov 1- April 30 season like? 2.where to start?

Just flounder... There's an odd blackmouth taken here and there, but with no consistency. Flat fish of several flavors are abundant though.
