Gave PC a go yesterday and only managed to get dumped once! Nice day with fishing starting a bit slow but picking up later. Ended up limiting out as well as nailing my first triple! My buddy had to have thrown up at least 5 times. Im thinking that helped the fishing somehow. On our way in we came in together but he somehow ended up 40 yards behind me only to catch the next wave and ride it like an expert directly into my back! He flipped me and my tiny old kayak and rode on in like a champ. Im fairly certain everyone within a 1/4 mile heard my shriek as he was barreling down on me. Anywho, great trip and I learned to definitely give each other space coming in.

Nice! I wanted to get out there yesterday to, but unfortunately had to work.  The freezer is getting low on lingcod.

Ya Ive found my lingcod from this summer were starting to taste a bit funky. I either had to go fishing or invest in a vacuum sealer!

i'd say get a vacuum sealer, because they're fantastic and absolutely worth the investment, but don't do it if it means you'll fish less without the motivation of stanky freezer fish.  ;D

Nice work boys!

Nice haul PillowTalk! Its amazing how good the fishing can get when it "turns on". Especially in the winter. I'm sure you're already aware, but your two ling limit doesn't count towards your 7 rockfish limit. Technically you could have caught two more rockfish, but you probably already knew that. Nice job!

Oh crap! I thought the limit was only 5 rockfish for some reason, I could have stayed out and fished longer! I better change my title to "almost limit in PC"...thanks for the info
