Hi folks!.
I've been lurking around here for a few months now and I'm really diggin what you're doing. I've been in Alaska for about a year and a half altogether and have had some spectacular adventures so far. I found you guys when I came across Rudy's newspaper article online and I've been hooked since. I've read nearly every thread on this forum and have a million questions. But first things first. I need a Hobie.

Welcome Chris!!!  Glad we could motivate another participant!

Alaska Raft and Kayak are the new Hobie dealers n Alaska.  there have been used ones coming up for sale every now and then.  I may have a 2012 Outback hitting the market later this Spring.

there's a half dozen or more members here that catch a lot of fish.  I just happen to edit video a little faster than they do and have a deeper narcissistic streak (though I thought that was a requirement to be a fisherman, I have since learned all sorts of people fish without bragging) ..so my GF says....

But I digress....So post up your reports here, ask any questions you might have.  And let's go fish!!!!!

Welcome to the addiction AND the cure!!!!!
