Just chatted with Shannon.  Here's a preliminary list of things I think folks need to bring to make the feed afterwards a good time.  Quantities depend on final head count.  Since it sounds like fryers won't be needed, and fish donations won't be required this'll be a bit different from what ORC typically requires.  I'm sure I'll forget some stuff, but this should get folks started.

I'd love to run the post-tournament feed, but I seriously doubt I'll make it to Tillamook for this.  I have to pick my weekends of fishing, and if I hit this halibut will be impossible.  And halibut will be tough to make it out for anyway.  Looks like I'll miss a heck of a party.

Burger meat: Shannon has this covered
pre-sliced cheese (various types - cheddar, pepperjack, swiss, American, etc)
bacon
burger buns
rabbit food for burgers
ketchup
mustard
mayo
relish
other toppings for the burgers
paper plates
plastic forks/knives/spoons
napkins
paper towels
chafing dishes and/or serving platters
side dishes (e.g. potato chips, salads, fruit, clam chowder, bear spray ribs, etc)
butter (for crabs, if that's your thang)
Old Bay and Tarragon Vinegar (if you're an east coaster like me it's the only way to dip crab meat)
sodas
ice
plastic cups
beer
garbage cans for chilling kegs
more ice
firewood (assuming there's a firepit available)
S'more fixings (if a bonfire is possible)
other meats for the grill
desserts

Confirmed on the crab pot I have one on loan and possibly a second from The Garibaldi Cannery, also chafing dishes from lingbanger.
One or two tregor grills with a grill cook to boot.
No word back from Pelican brewery. I will also check with Seaside Brewery. If anyone else that may have a connection let me know.

For thoes of you that are coming I'm trying to get some food from the Lighthouse Pub-n-Grub and if I can get only one of the two dishes what's the preference .... Yakisobi stir fry or pulled pork? Get your votes in and I'm still trying to wrangle both dishes because there are both absolutely delicious. It does help that fugitive is bringing a second yak for the owner to use and my youngest son is one of the chefs.

If we can only get one dish, I vote for Yakisobi stir fry.

As we're getting closer the competitors list is growing so the food list also needs to grow. I got elk burger and rick is bringing the cheese if someone wants to bring regular hamburgers ,and I'm working on some food from The Lighthouse Pub-N-Grub. For thoes on the competitors list start chiming in on what you can bring so we're not eating bunless elk burgers with cheese from our palms. This is a no charge potluck.. So bring a little  food and go home full. I have two tregor grills maned by there owners and at least one crab cooker.

We can't be without buns and a plate to put them on.
  I got both covered........

Figure about 100 plates and probably 50 buns should  cover it. If the numbers grow-- so will my count.
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Shannon,

If I understand the list correctly, only the items with member names next to them are spoken for, and the rest are needed.  Is this correct?

Thanks.
