Thanks for posting the link, great information.  Some of the proposals would impact areas I frequently fish.  Does anyone know the date when they approve or deny proposals?  I might need to buy a second smoker. ;)

One thing I find interesting is how the barbless issue gets some folks so twisted.  Not so much here but on other NW fishing forums.  Are they pissed because it has a large impact on their catch rates or because it's viewed as a vindictive act by the gillnet lobby? 

Personally I might have lost 1or 2% of my hookups because of fishing barbless and in those cases it was definitely an error on my part. Not a big deal Imo.
