Nice!! I'm sure it's a new one. Any company worth there salt would go out of there way to keep a happy customer. What better advertising then having you telling everyone you see how great there customer service is..
See ya on the water..

Congrats, glad you got out! Sorry about the problems with your boat, but I'm glad the guys at OK got you taken care of.

Glad they made good and orange looks good on you! (I think it looks good on everybody ;D) Actually last night was the first time I noticed how much a difference it makes. I could clearly see 3WT (orange) and Steelhedr was completely invisible (olive) right next to him and that was before it was completely dark.

In the Navy, visibility on the water = target  :D

But then again, all skimmers were targets..... >:D

Well...in the navy of drunk wakeboarders and tubers, I hope I'm not a target of interest.  Just a target of avoidance.  I like the idea of being invisible, in my mind it makes me feel like I would have one up on the fish and any wildlife I wanted to stalk.  I don't believe I'll be sneaking up on any nesting birds or beaver when the giant orange otter pop comes floating through the reeds!  But I didn't buy the boat to stalk wild life (although would make great photo ops), I bought it to slaughter (mostly let go) fish!

I don't think the color has much effect on fishing.  From underneath the water, all you see is a shadow.

With my old brown Hobie, I had some uncomfortably close encounters with ski boats.  When I bought my Big Game and Prowler, I specifically looked for the brightest colors they had (orange and canary yellow).  I also went with an orange dry top and life vest for the same reason.

You just solidified my decision...me and you, we think alike!  I bought a yellow vest, my paddle has yellow paddles, and my boat...well...you'll be able to see me paddling on Mars once we finally melt all that ice!

I wouldn't necessarily say that... I've got a yellow Prowler and the ducks can't get enough of me.  I've actually had a mother and her ducklings stay beside me (<1') for nearly an hour on more than few times at one of my local lakes.  Oh, the bee's love the bright yaks too.

You're gonna love your boat...  my only regret is not getting mine sooner.

The PFD is a Stohlquist Fisherman model, comes in drab green and bright orange.  Got mine with my REI dividend check back in the spring.

http://www.rei.com/product/751458

I like it a lot, my only complaint about it is that it lacks a strap around the base of the PFD, just has the zipper.  The pockets fold out into little shelves, and the lining on the inside of them sticks to velcro.  If I ever get around to it, I'm going to get some little velcro patches and some small fly boxes to use with it when I fly fish.
