I'm a float tube person looking to learn more about kayaks.  So much to learn before I pick a kayak to purchase but I'm very eager to get started.

Greetings! I used a float tube for almost 30 years. Thought it was the best thing on this planet then got my yak, on oh my goodness the places that took me an hour to get to now 5-10 minutes. The back side of lakes that never could get to now maybe 30 minutes. The ocean, well lets just say nothing is safe out there anymore. The biggest thing you can do DEMO-DEMO and DEMO.
