Alaska yak fisher

Hello will be my second year of kayak fishing started with a little green emotion kayak from sportsman hooked a 40 pound butt been hooked On yak fishing after that. This year going to rook

AF, I'm where you were a year or two back, about to make the plunge (I hope more figuratively than literally). What emotion did you get, and how quickly did you outgrow it ? Would you recommend that path for a novice ?

For reference, I clock in at just under 14 stone (looks better than if you report it in pounds).
