As I've only launched there once, how about an 'applied lesson' for conditions at Pacific City on Saturday?

The MSW forecast shows the primary and secondary swells from the SW at 6a and 9a before clocking back into the NW for the Noon forecast. Does the short duration SW swell (3.5ft  for the primary and secondary, same direction) suggest that we'll have bigger surf in the typical kayak launch area?

Saturday is an All Depth Halibut day too, so Depoe Bay ramp may be busy.

Limits on sea bass for myself and u believe everyone else that launched with me. "Effect" did good and still needs to pop the huli cherry he went sideways but rode it like an old salt and stayed upright, it might take him getting cocky in order to roll in the surf.  Just finished cleaning "CSI" PC off the tuna.
