Can anyone confirm what the mile marker is to get off of for whiskey gulch? I just want to make sure I have it right.

You can't miss it.  If you hit Anchor Point, you went too far(by about 5 miles?).  I was worried about it too, but it's clearly labeled.

Sorry.  Never tried.  Help a brother out and show me how!!!

Here's what I would do.  Don't think of it as fishing saltwater.  Think about it like how you would fish a river.  I'd be trolling big spinners, kwikfish, or spin and glo and eggs.

Its crazy shallow there. I would prospect for a channel outside of people casting and try to position myself there.  Otherwise I would troll around along the wall that separates K-Bay from the small boat harbor.

I may try it this weekend depending on weather and if I have my 10 year old with me.  I plan to fish Saturday and maybe Friday night.  But my weather tolerance is going to be much lower because I think I will be fishing with my ten year old.

Driving by Clam Gulch now and it looks flat and awesome.  There is a 5 - 10 mph breeze though

I'm here. As of 230pm not good conditions . 10-15 south wind 3-5 ft swell. Went out and got my butt kicked and came back in. I wouldn't rush to get down here.
