Sunset Bay AOTD food thread

Thought i would get the ball rolling on a food thread for the potluck at the AOTD tourney.

Dude and I will have all the pride of the west and other batters we should need for a fish fry. We will also bring some kind of dessert. we will have a folding table and one easy up also but more are always good. we will need a large fryer and some oil for it. We also have a little bit of wood for a fire

So, post up what you can bring so we can coordinate and have enough of everything and not too much of one thing...

I'll bring a pasta salad and some seafood sauce.

Put me down for a big bowl of Andrea's famous guacamole. I'll bring some Juanita's chips too.

I will bring Red White and Blue potatoe salad!

Things we will need:

paper towels
paper plates
plastic utensils
maybe some oil for fryer, coordinate with yaksurf for that

Only a week to go!

Beer & something else - haven't decided yet.

Anyone want to go for some clams on the South Slough? Tide isn't getting very low, so time frame is tight.

I'm thinking we will get out at sunset so we will fry rockfish!!

I think we should go back to the subject of cream cheese cupcakes! (YUM)
