It was great chatting with those of you I ran into.   Somehow missed the rainbow flotilla - possible you guys left/returned while some family friends had the kayaks out, or timing just a complete miss.

I imagine I will keep trying for a blue-ribbon day for silvers in seward, maybe with another week or two to fatten up the silvers it will improve.  At least all the kids that got out caught some fish.   My daughter was enjoying catching the Sablefish, so that's a win!

For next year - I am determined to get a taxi ride out to Sunny for a 3-5 day trip and enjoy some camping.  Sept. timing is too packed with travel to expect I can go this year, but I am sure I can swing  a mid-week or weekend or two back to Seward and Whittier.
