Went to Jordanelle Reservoir yesterday, near Heber, Utah and got out on the water with TLW. She had never been out on a kayak before, so we rented a tandem. The fleet was not maintained very well, to include having muddy interiors, kind of crappy paddles, and seats that were shredded from weather and general abuse. There was also a storm coming into the area so we fought the wind and related white caps, but she said she had fun overall. I hadn't been on the water for quite awhile myself, so it was good to get out. We didn't fish and were only out for about an hour, but hey, I had to get her started somewhere.  ;D
