I had to work on Saturday but my family and friends took the yaks out to Hagg lake.  As they were loading up they laid the yaks on the ground next to the truck. Which no one was parked on either side.  As they were headed back over with the other two they see a guy backing up and ran both yaks over!!!!!!!!!!!!  :angryfire:They were yelling at him to stop but he just kept peeling out!! He ended up dragging them aways then back over the top of them!!  :BangHead:  His windows were down and he looked right at them and flipped them off and kept driving!!!  :angry7:

So it left huge scratches on both of them, but I didn't see another damage thank goodness!!!!

Sorry just wanted to vent about that!!!!  thanks for listening (reading)

Oh they didn't catch any fish!  I don't know how hard they really tried !

Oh yeah no plate number just a finger ID LOL!! white older Chevy truck

ohhhhhhhh,

that waaaaay past sucks!

Well, that's a testament to our little boats that are made of garbage can material. I've had mine come off a car at speed twice (again, don't ask ::)  ) and only have a few scratches on the boats to show for it.

Sorry about the ignorant idiot and glad the yaks weren't destroyed. Good thing karma is swift! ;) A nice hole in the gas tank would do just right. ;)

I have run into a few pukes out at Hagg Lake and Dorman pond as well over the years that were bordering on loosing there privilege to breath.   >:(

It is so difficult to understand what possesses those kinds of people.

Sounds like your kayaks are still in shape to float another day, cool beans!

yep, adopted San Antonian, transplanted up to here by my employer.. family was actually from the deep foothills and valleys of Appalachia.[ kind of why i sometimes talk like i have a mouthfull of mush... too many regional accents trying to get out at once!].. think Hatfields and McCoys, but just a bit farther north..[gettysburg was an hour away]..shotgun was always behind the doors of the farmhouses of both sets of grandparents.. :o
