Come spend a little time, Tinker! I don't have any honey holes out there but I can show you where to drop a line.
That's a dandy invitation.  Although, he might be looking for someone else to be shark bait.  >:D

I ain't afraid of no sharks.  Sharks eat meat, and I'm too full of sh*t to be of interest to a shark.  And Barb, I shouldn't have to tell you that.  You've met me.

Sunday conditions are looking very fishy-hope the waves cooperate!  Good Luck down there south folk.
LingLingHero - what reef are you fishing? You gonna do Dock Beach or some reef out of Coos Bay?

Simpson Reef!

Chris- I am really looking forward to coming down and fishing that reef with you (and hopefully more NWKA folks), the rest of this year is booked with family and STEP hatchery stuff, but as we get into 2016 and conditions are good, I sure hope we can plan an outing together...cheers, roger

Must have missed it.  Went down at 7:30 and stayed until 8:00.  The conditions were excellent and I hope the fishing was, too.

just looked at the castaway webcam - WOW, that is a spectacularly beautiful sunset and some exceptional conditions today.  Hope TAngler did well if he was the kayak that launched at 840am.  Someone had fun!

Yes the fishing was great!!! Got a later start then I wanted but that's ok cause the conditions were great! Ended up catching 9 fish myself I kept one ling and 3 blacks. I let 3 other under lings go and a hand full of blacks. My gf ended up catching a handful of blacks. A man from the local newspaper took a pic of us and will be in the paper tomorrow!!

Headed to sunset with the rest of you guys tomorrow! And sorry to have kept you waiting Kevin!!!

Didn't keep me waiting.  Had the dogs with me - even the one with a zipper on her side - and they want to thank you for getting them out of the house.

I was a bit envious because it was great weather.  Don't know if things had settled down when you launched, but they were dropping boats in from the dock as fast as they could run the hoists at 7:30.  You picked a great day.

Great job out there, both of you.  Do the same up at Sunset, and let me know next time you're down my way.  I'll keep a copy of the newspaper for you.
