I love my Wheeleez mini folding cart with the small balloon tires. First it allows me to balance the for/aft load since it doesn't need to go under scupper holes, second it simply works well, and most importantly it completely fits inside the front hatch of my Hobie revo. Well it was bound to eventually get a flat, and it was actually caused by an under inflated tire and extra wear at the valve area. So, me being an engineer, and a cheap one at that, I decided to develop a cheaper fix than buying a set of tires for $100. I'm guessing this will only work for awhile until the foam becomes pulverized. But at $5 for a can, it's worth the experiment. Once dry, the excess just popped off.

It may run more like a hard wheel now and reduce the floatation in soft sand some.

That material is harder to patch than the other Wheelies that can be melted back together.

AquaSeal may be a good material to attempt to patch a small hole in yours.  Its magic on latex neck and wrist gaskets.

It will probably work for a while. I think I would have used "slime" instead, though.

Kyle, I have a newish Wheeleez Mini for sale that I don't use if you want to replace it. $80

Thanks INSAYN I didn't consider aqua seal. I did try marine goop, and I also tried to weld it. Neither worked.
If this doesn't work I'll definitely check out harbor freight or Rolleez.

Yeah slime probably would have been a better choice, but I'll find out soon. If you're in the Portland area I'll take that mini off your hands.
