Kayak Shed Kudos

Wanted to share a great shopping experience with Kayak Shed.  I realized I had just missed the shipping window last Friday.  I called them up, spoke with a very pleasant young lady who cheerfully took my name and "called down to Langstone" to see if he could do anything.  The next morning (Saturday) USPS dropped off a crushed and crumpled box.  Excitement went to dread as I sliced tape. But everything was fine. Langstone not only goes above and beyond, he's better than USPS are bad    Couldn't have been more impressed, esp compared to the lethargic local alternates.

Just wanted to add my experience.... I tried to use the NKWA promo code on the new website and it did not work, so I called Jake and he applied it over the phone, I was eager to get the new mirage drive so I could hit the water this weekend.

I placed my order at ~10:30 yesterday morning and at 14:30 my wife texted me to let me know my order had arrived. "What order?" I asked my wife, thinking it was Amazon or something else I had ordered "Your pedals from Kayak Shed" she replied... "What?!? I just ordered those a few hours ago!" I exclaimed.... Sure enough the new GTT mirage drive I had ordered was there, without shipping label, meaning that someone hand delivered them to my house (in Portland) that same day.

Kudos to kayak shed on the quick delivery and the discount!

I ordered a Kokatat Angler semi-dry suit at 15% discount last Friday afternoon w/ Jake at Kayak Shed.  He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions.  Got it Monday.  Way to get it done!

I consider myself lucky to live in Hood River and close to Kayak Shed. I can echo all of the positive, prior comments about their customer service and discounts for NWKA members.
They really go out of their way to exceed customer expectations!

Ill be picking up my new Revo from there Saturday afternoon. I will commission it immediately following if anyone wants to join. I am unfamiliar with the area. Which would be better for launching: Morrison Park Hood River Waterfront Park or out of the Marina/Boat Basin? Lastly... if I bring a fishing pole, should I be targeting Bass, Shad or

Suggest talking to Langston......I normally go out of the marina, but I am  working all weekend at WAAAM helping to construct a 30' x 36' pole building for light vehicle repair and maintenance.

I've got to bump this again... I asked Langston about the upgrade seat retainer clips for my 2015 Oasis and before I knew it they're in the mail. Awesome!
