Post a question at Austin Kayak.  The were helpful when I asked about the Raymarine transducer.

2015 Jackson Big Tuna (tandem) (dark forest)
2016 Hobie Outback LE (screamin' orange)
2014 KC Kayaks K12 (the better half's, in camo)
2015 Jackson Kraken 13.5 (bluefin)

If it's their GT20 transducer, it does not fit perfectly in other Lowrance ready boats. (specifically the Revo 13) But you can make it fit by altering the cover; I went so far as to heating up the boat plastic inside the cavity a bit to remold it 1/4" for more clearance.

Fairly easy mod.

I have a garmin echomap 43dv. The transducer would not mount on the trans cover on my 2016 outback due to the shape of the trans. Too fat in front compared to the lowrance. But it fits into the recess without modifying the cover. I just installed under the cover and let gravity take over. I sits on the cover level and due to its shape it can't go anywhere. I installed it without the bracket supplied by garmin. I was thinking of cutting a piece of rubber sheet to cushion it from the cover. Or you could work out some other way to suspend it in there. For me right now it works great as I only fish on local lakes. Im not sure if its a similar transponder to yours but it is doable if it is.
