New member from Vancouver WA!

Hey there,

My name is Sam, and I have been addicted to fishing for a while. I have always been a bank fisherman, although I got out on family members boats when I could with them. I have always been a huge trout and salmon angler.

I just bought myself an ascend fs12t fishing kayak from bass pro up in Tacoma. The reason is because I've really wanted to get into fishing for other types of fish such as bass, Kokanee, and others that we have around here, and figured it would help a lot if I was able to get out on the water by myself!

Current student at PSU right now, I really hope I can meet some fellow kayak anglers in my area who could show me the ropes!

I don't know about your schedule but I was looking at doing some bass fishing this Monday. If you want you are welcome to tag along. Welcome to the insanity.

Welcome to the craziness, I'm on the other side of the river, but fish both sides. Just learning how to fish for bass, I'm retired so I do most of my fishing during the week, if you don't mind hanging out with older folks.

Welcome!! I grew up fishing bass since moving to the PNW it has been all STS (Salmon, Trout, Steelhead.) Looking to get back to my roots and fish for more BASS as well!! We should plan a meetup here at some point in the coming weeks.

Also you should definitely sign up for the Bonneville Bass Bonanza coming up in June!

I usually fish Mondays but sometimes Wednesdays.
